Hi Joe. You need to set the keystroke up . 1. go to the desktop and select the version of JAWS for which you want to set the keystroke. 2. Press alt+enter to go into the shortcut properties. You should now be on the shortcut tab. 3. tab until you here the prompt "shortcut key". It will probably say none. 4. Now you can set the keystroke you want. most people set it to control+alt+J. 5. right after that, you should tab to the OK button and press enter. Your keystroke should be set. 6. Try the keystroke out. If it worked, you'll get the JAWS window or the JAWS context menu depending on whether you have JAWS set to run in the system tray.
