>From best I can figure out, some of the JAWS verbosity settings are specific
to the application and are available in any new file I create. I did not
try to bring up an existing file. Other settings are file specific. Does
anyone know if there is any documentation on the extent of the verbosity
settings, and which ones are file specific verses global with in the
application? Does Verbosity act this way in other applications as well?

I started playing around with Settings packager. It is pretty nifty. It
looks like it might do the trick of moving the settings to another machine.
I need to do some more playing around with it. For some odd reason I was
unable to create the zip file.

Excel Verbosity changes are preserved across all Excel files. Use the JAWS
Settings packager? (that may be something it's designed for.)

Subject: [JAWS-Users] JAWS Verbosity in Excel

Good Morning All,
When I have an excel file open and I make changes to the JAWS Verbosity, are
those changes specific to that file only, or will they be set that way for
every file I open or create in Excel?
Is there any way to copy my JAWS Verbosity settings over to my student's
computer so that we do not have to take the time to make all the changes now
that
I figured out how they need to be set for this users situation?
Thanks,
Annette
