Use the space bar to toggle between options, so, for example, if on an episode title, if jaws reads the title followed bye "downloaded" press space and it will open up in whatever media player is the default. Also, if jaws reads the episode followed by "skipped" and you wnat to download the episode, press space bar, followed by the f5 key to check and download all podcast. All podcasts should be in your my documents folder under "my received podcast" folder.
