I know some shortcut keys in Excel but I was not aware of all these.

The JAWS keys for reading data in Excel might be useful, especially since
then you can keep the Excel format in case you want to add numbers or do
something else a table won't allow.

Starting with JAWS8,

read all cells with data in a spread sheet:  control-shift-d

read cells in this row with data: (control-shift-r, or JAWS cursor, then
down arrow

read all cells with data in a column: control-shift-c

read the cell in this column in row 1: alt-1

read the cell in this column in row 2-4, alt 2-4

read the first cell in this row: alt-control1

read cels 2-4 in this row, alt-control-2-4

Excel is a totally awesome program, and the better you can subdue your
screen reader, the easier it will be to use it.
