Hi, you actually have to change the JAWS hot key through the icon's 
properties, not the programme's properties itself. So to do this, first 
press windows m to minimize all applications and place focus on the 
desktop. Next, press j until you hear JAWS, and press alt enter to open 
the JAWS properties dialogue box. Finally, tab twice to the hot key 
field, and press a hot key, such as control alt j. (In fact, simply 
pressing j will be enough to perform the control alt j insertion.) 
Finally, press enter to save your changes. Hope this helps.
