Alana, you might start by finding out if the problem lies with JAWS or Outlook. Can you have someone with vision check whether the Outlook icons are accurate?

I have noticed that when I forward an email, JAWS states the replied flag instead of forwarded. This makes things confusing when going through previous emails that I have forwarded several months back.
