Matthew and all:

Just for the record, I'm using Windows 7 and Jaws 17 here.

Alana:

I have experienced this issue as well, both with Outlook 2010 and now with
Outlook 2016.

As you say, it is confusing when you are trying to recall what you have done
with regard to a particular message.

I'd be very interested if someone has a solution for this.

I suppose I could ask the Microsoft Accessibility Hotline folks, but haven't
done so yet.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Wrong flag announced in Outlook 2010 with JAWS 18

Hello,

I am using windows 7, Outlook 2010. I have noticed that when I forward an
email, JAWS states the replied flag instead of forwarded. This makes things
confusing when going through previous emails that I have forwarded several
months back. The wrong flag is stated for all emails, not only the ones I
forwarded to my iCloud account recently.

Any way I can fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Alana
