As you say, it is confusing when you are trying to recall what you have done with regard to a particular message. I'd be very interested if someone has a solution for this. I suppose I could ask the Microsoft Accessibility Hotline folks, but haven't done so yet. I have noticed that when I forward an email, JAWS states the replied flag instead of forwarded. This makes things confusing when going through previous emails that I have forwarded several months back. The wrong flag is stated for all emails, not only the ones I forwarded to my iCloud account recently. Any way I can fix this? Thanks in advance.
