Hi Fred, While in your folder list highlight the folder, but do not tab into the folder, only highlight it, now press, shift + delete. Rebooting the computer would probably be a good idea afterwards. I am using W10, latest jaws and outlook 2010 and I would appreciate someone refreshing my memory on deleteing a folder in outlook 2010.
