Mr Ed and all that offered me info on deleteing folders in outlook as I am now able to do it. Thanks for refreshing my memory as I knew that it was right there but I could not remember how to do it. Thanks again

Now arrow down until you hear the folder you want to delete. Then press the application key, then arrow down to delete folder and press enter. Now your folder should be gone.
