I am talking about Vipre 2017 version. As I continue to explore Vipre, JAWS shows any number of what it calls text blocks. Most are labeled but not read. Sorry, JAWS is simply notup to speed. The touch cursor shows the text blocks. Further more, even when I turn on the touch cursor, I'm not sure how to get any action with it from the PC.Even if I can act upon them, it would sure be nice if more was read. I'm sorry about being sour grapes, but you may hear more of this from Window-
Eyes users as they explore other programs.

I will likely purchase Vipre soon, but it is good to know that someone else is getting the results I am. At least, I do know that it is working and is removing threats. At least, the rest of the interface reads well.

I haven't been able to have the scan announced , the only way I know it's scanning is because I arrow up and down and jaws announces pause/resume scan or cancel scan. one thing vipre has is a view details button which is a check box.you know the scan is finished when you have no more pause/resume scan or the cancel button. to get the details of the scan I tabbed and usually it says nothing was cleaned. I'm running vipre anti-virus 2016 the full 2017 hasn't been released yet!

Can anyone tell the progress of a scan with JAWS 18 using Windows 7? To be honest I have tried THE LATEST VERSIONS OF Window- Eyes, JAWS, and NVDA. I simply can’t get this information. There appears to be a pane that none of the screen readers can read. Maybe it’s blank.
