David, Creative and helpful, as your posts always are. But even though it's clear from your message, I feel it's important to emphasize that this method, which should apply only to junk mail, could open the user to risk.

Junk Email Options Remove the check mark from the box labeled "Disable Links and Other Functionality in Phishing Messages" to restore your ability to click links. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Tom Behler Sent: Monday, July 3, 2017 2:13 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Need To Re-enable Hyperlinks In Outlook E-mail George: Compose messages in HTML format is checked. I have Office 365 and I get to this option in this manner: ALT + F Up arrow until you get to Options then enter Down arrow to Mail, I think it is two options down. Then Tab to the option for format for creating emails, I think it is the second option George -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Adrian Spratt Sent: Monday, July 03, 2017 10:55 AM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Need To Re-enable Hyperlinks In Outlook E-mail Nathaniel and Tom, Checking my notes, I'll give what I believe will enable HTML format. Note, however, that although I went through these steps, I can't confirm they worked. I already have HTML set for my messages, and JAWS/Outlook didn't give me any kind of confirmation. Note also that these notes refer to Outlook 2010. They may or may not apply in Outlook 2016. In a new, reply or forwarding message, press alt-o, then t, then h. If this doesn't work, Tom, please repost. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Nathaniel Kile Sent: Monday, July 03, 2017 1:30 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Need To Re-enable Hyperlinks In Outlook E-mail You may have changed your email from HTML view to text only. I don't remember the area to check this at the moment, but if somebody doesn't look it up I will check. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Tom Behler Sent: Monday, July 3, 2017 9:18 AM To: 'Jaws users list' <jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com> Subject: [JAWS-Users] Need To Re-enable Hyperlinks In Outlook E-mail Hello, everyone. For some reason, I have recently lost the ability to directly access links in an e-mail, and have also lost the ability to create huyperlinks in e-mails I send out. Regarding the creation of hyperlinks in e-mails I send out, I used to be able to do this by simply hitting the enter key at the end of the involved link. Does anyone know how I can enable the huyperlink function in Outlook e-mail? I'm using Office 365, Outlook 2016, and Windows 7 here with Jaws 18.
