David: I'm really hesitant to go any further with this suggestion, because it now seems like I've inadvertently blocked my own personal g-mail address and some other e-mail addresses I frequently used.
Can you tell me how to unblock these e-mail addresses? It's not obvious how to do this when I get into the block sender menu options. I have Office 365 and I get to this option in this manner: ALT + F Up arrow until you get to Options then enter Down arrow to Mail, I think it is two options down.
