Hi All, 

Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions to fix the problem of JAWS not 
reading Outlook messages.  Unfortunately, nothing has worked so far with either 
JAWS 18 or JAWS 17.  Window-Eyes and NVDA do work.  

Supposedly, a VFO tech. will be calling me on Monday so hopefully he/she will 
be able to figure it out.  Thanks again for trying.
