I haven't followed this thread. You may try the following. With Outlook 2010. >From the inbox. Press Alt + F. Then press, T. You should be in options. The first tab is the general list box. Arrow right to the, mail list box. Tab through this section. Make your selections. Tab to the Okay Button.
