I haven't followed this thread.

You may try the following.
With Outlook 2010.
>From the inbox.
Press Alt + F.
Then press, T.
You should be in options.
The first tab is the general list box.
Arrow right to the, mail list box.
Tab through this section.
Make your selections.
Tab to the Okay Button.

Hi All, 

Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions to fix the problem of JAWS not
reading Outlook messages.  Unfortunately, nothing has worked so far with
either JAWS 18 or JAWS 17.  Window-Eyes and NVDA do work.  

Supposedly, a VFO tech. will be calling me on Monday so hopefully he/she
will be able to figure it out.  Thanks again for trying.
