I am G-mail and all good on this end in Portland, ME. Loud and clear. With my outlook, 2016 complete package, sometimes Jaws Users goes to the Junk folder. I use the application key, go to junk mail and another window comes up and thinking it is not junk, which the third window comes up and Jaws users is checked and I uncheck and recheck, and then the Jaws user again tabbing to it is unchecked and check uncheck and check and tab to ok and back into the inbox and this 98% of the time solves the problem. Note, it is not my mail but other members on the group.
