Actually, that is the only standard JAWS command using insert that gives me a problem. I have no idea why FS/VFO made that the key combo to open the JAWS menus. Yes, of course, j could stand for JAWS, but it's a combo that requires taking the left hand out of position to press the j. If this is your only problem using the insert key, I'd reconsider whether you need to switch to caps lock. Then again, since you're a new JAWS user, perhaps you haven't had all the commonly used keystrokes ingrained yet.
