I think James might have been referring to the greater sighted individuals as in the kind you unfortunately have to deal with in such stores as in Best Buy or comp USA. They have no time to listen or learn about your particular needs... Which is why we have to learn to do all this stuff ourselves! And I also know I have to hook up my monitor to accomodate their visual needs in order for them to configure my computer, but they still get to listen to jaws...grins I also am wondering as to the whole reason for this thread if the person who was having the problem with jaws and OE if she has updated all her software updates? I say this as I did that last night and also I had purchased that program Spam Fighter and I had thought maybe it was causing some of my problems with OE and several error messages I was getting when I closed the program. Now get this..last night I uninstalled it and updated those 11 updates and today OE is working good and I had over 300 emails and not one of them was spam! So the people of SF sends me an email saying they knew I uninstalled their program and how can they help me blah blah, give me a refund?? hehehehe
