Tom:

Go to the Help Menu, then to Update Authorization, then press Enter on Start
Authorization Button, Online authorization is preselected, go to next and there
you will see a field for the 20-digit code.

HTH,

Humberto

There is no field for the authorization code. There are 2 fields: locking
code which is filled in and serial number, they are both "read only". Tom

You go to the Help menu, there is an entry to authorize Jaws. You need the
20-digit code that is on your JAWS Cd.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] authorizing Jaws

Have a new computer, (new to me). It New copy of Windows 7 and pre loaded
with Jaws 15. As I am a paid up register Jaws user I would like to authorize
Jaws. The serial number field in the help, about menu is read only so I can’t
put my serial number and there is no authorize button. How do I authorize?
Thanks, Tom
