Evening all.

I have a Dell laptop, and periodically, JAWS will stop speaking. I can get 
other sounds, i.e. the tone when a usb device is unplugged, etc. I am uncertain 
as to whether it is my software, or my sound card. If it is my jaws program, or 
my sound card, but Can anyone tell me if there is a way to run a diagnostics on 
either one? I am using JAWS 17, on a Dell laptop, with Windows 10. Thanks in 
advance.
