Well I would have a lot less email to read, but so far it has not been a
problem. Believe it or not Bob and I started this monster 12 years ago last
month.
I wonder how many messages have landed in my inbox over the years. On the
other hand it is probably best that I do not know.

Hi John
No don't stop helping, it wasn't your fault or anyone elses! That was a
good piece of information, & the only way I found about the typo was
checking my settings! Hell, if everyone stopped posting because of typos,
SeƱor Ferrin &the moderators, would be some very lonely people, & there
would be a hell of a lot more clueless Jaws users! And that my friend, is
the truth! Keep it coming!
Take care. Mike. Dodgers, try again next year!

Mike, you must be correct. All I did was forward the last message I had on
this matter. So thank you for correcting. I think I will butt out from
trying to give help.

Hi John,
I know these are not your steps, but after you press, Alt + V, from the
Layout tab to get to the Vertical Alignment combobox, Vertical is not an
option from the list. The Vertical Alignment combobox options are:
Top, Center, Justified, & Bottom.

Hello Tom,
Below are the directions from FS Training.
Cheers Kevin.
To center the text of the letter vertically on the page after you have typed
it, do the following:
. Press CTRL+HOME to move to the top of the document.
. Press ALT+P to move to the Page Layout tab of the ribbon.
. Press SP to access the Page Setup button. The Page Setup multi page
dialog box opens.
. Press CTRL+TAB until you move to the Layout tab of the dialog box.
. Press ALT+V to move to the Vertical Alignment combo box, and then
choose Vertical in the list.
. Finally, press ENTER twice to close combo box and the dialog box. Focus
returns to the document area, and the text is centered vertically on the
page.
NOTE: It is not necessary to center the text on the page if the letter is
more than one page in length.

Apologies-I remember seeing the instructions for the vertical centering of
text in aMS Word doc but I can't find them. Can some kind soul please post
them? Just to be clear, I am asking for vertical centering and not
horizontal centering. Thanks
Wayne
