With my new laptop, I configured Windows Hello for fingerprint recognition. All I need to do is to touch the fingerprint sensor to log in - there's no need to supply the user name or the password.
This solution has the advantage of increased security (automatic log in is unacceptable in my situation), while avoiding the traditional user name/password entry requirement. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of David Ferrin Sent: Tuesday, December 26, 2017 10:06 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Windows 10 Log-in Without Password windows key plus the letter R type netplwiz and hit enter from there follow the prompts. -----Original Message----- From: Mike B. How do I set-up Windows 10 so I don't have to put in a password everytime I start the computer? I would like for it to just start, & go to the desktop. All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much. Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool. Arguing with a woman is like reading a software license agreement. In the end you have to ignore everything, & click I agree.
