Respected friend, to resolve your issue, do the following. Go to the Skype/tool/option/advance there you will find check boxes. Here, press tab key 3 times and check that box if it is uncheck. It says keep Skype in the taskbar when I sign in. Makesure that you are in the first advance screen of 6 which says Skype updates and external programs.
