I followed your instructions, and came up with the notification for driver
support. So I pressed enter on it, and then the notification disappeared.
So, either I cleared the notification, or it updated itself. Anyway, I am
uncertain as to what I did. Hopefully, nothing detrimental. And yes; I am
using Windows 10. Thanks.

I've never seen such a message. It doesn't say anything more specific? Are
you using windows 10? If so, you might be able to use windows-key +a to view
the notification properly in action centre, assuming it goes away quickly
and you can't alt-tab to it because it's not a full/proper window. It's
probably not accessible from the JAWS system tray list command.

No, I just get a message whenever I turn on my laptop about driver support;
and updating it. However, there is nothing on my screen whenever I tab
around the open programs. Perhaps it is in the systems tray?

Hey jerry.
Microsoft Windows update does often include drivers. Are you looking for
something specific? Maybe check the manufacturer's site, if you feel you're
missing out on the latest drivers for something. It's up to the
manufacturers to update their drivers See if this MS community thread helps
you somehow:

Morning Everyone:
I was wanting to find out if anyone out there can give me the steps/process
for locating my driver support for updating it. I am using Windows 10 and
JAWS 2018 on a Dell laptop. Thanks in advance.
Jerry
