hello, I believe you can still use Hotmail with various email clients, however, the account settings are different,

It seems like many people were having problems because of some changes that were made with Hot Mail several months ago. I know there are folks on the list that can possibly explain the crap they had to go through to get their Hot Mail accounts working again, providing they are still using Hot Mail, or I totally misunderstood the whole commotion.
