The easyest way is to select the phrase, press CTRL+K, paste the URL to which 
you want to link and then press ENTER.
Since the link is to a web page by default, if you want to link to an e-mail 
address, you must tab to the row of buttons for different link types and select 
E-mail.

We have all seen the phrase, "Click here for more information."

 

How do I link a web site to the word Here, in that phrase, or, another example, 
a link to the phrase, Leave A Reply, linking that phrase to a site where one 
can leave a reply?
