Hello Patti, While in Word move focus on to the link you want to remove. Press CTRL with Shift and function key 9 to remove the hyperlink field and turn the text from the hyperlink style back to the normal style. I am not sure if this is what you are wanting but using CTRL with Shift and F9 leaves the text but removes the hyperlink field from it.
