Mike, the same thing happens to me in Windows Live Mail. In both Windows 10
and 7. Changing the settings in Jaws quick settings has no effect. Tom

While in Outlook open your Jaws quick settings, Jaws key + V, navibate to
the Tables settings to make changes. Or, while in Outlook open the Settings
Center, Jaws key + 6, on the number row above the main keyboard, arrow down
to, Web / HTML / PDFs, right arrow to open, arrow down to, Lists & Tables,
right arrow to open, & see if changing settings here will help.
