Alex here's what else I have found on the AVG firewall. I opened the program on my desktop, arrowed to help entered on it and nothing happened until I pressed F1 and a drop down list came into view and from there I went to the firewall when you enter on it it clicks as if it was a link but nothing happens, so you don't do that. Instead you press F6 to get the info..
