Hey, Chris: What version of JAWS are you using?
When I was using Vista, I found that using anything less than JAWS 9.0 ptoduced the very same symptoms that you are suffering. I finally got fed up with it, and reversed my OS back to XP SP3. That solved my problem. I can use ANY version of JAWS on it. I have a brand new Dell Vostro 1500, it came with Vista Ultimate Home, and after a week of pulling my hair out, and trying to get it to work properly for me at all, with any of my programs, including JAWS 9.0, I sent my machine back to my rehab officer, who had Dell reverse the OS on it back to XP SP3. -------------------------------------------------- From: "Chris Feist" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Saturday, July 19, 2008 11:11 PM To: <[email protected]> Subject: [JAWS-Users] IN Vista, JAWS shuts down when logging on > Hi folks.
