Hi Dan, Thanks for your suggestion, but upon further inspection, I found that the Braille option was set to no display.
Funny thing is, I switched from automatic detection to manual detection, and now I'm not getting that same error message and the dialog box. Having said that, the elimination of one problem did not solve the original problem. Still anyone with further ideas? Thanks again Dan, as ever, you're my hero. Smile.
