well, if you had your MSOutlook, not to empty the deleted folder when you
exit the program, the folders should be there. however, I suspect, you have
the deleted items, to empty upon exit. I don't think you can get them back.

I looked through all of the permanent folders in Outlook and
ran the "Recuva" file recovery utility. Which actually
spawns another question, does outlook use a file extension
other than "PST?"

Have you checked the Recycle bin? Tab to restore from the
file or folder
name and it will be returned to it's location of origin.

I mistakenly deleted some folders in Outlook XP and wanted

Using Jaws 8 or 9 and windows XP Pro.
I have installed a copy of "Recuva" from the Jaws web site

didn't uncover anything. I had a lot of sales training
material in one
of the deleted folders and if possible I would certainly
like to get
