Thanks for This information and instructions.
I have been putting up with the "Collapsed" messages for a couple of months
now, because I did not know how to fix it, and since it was still usable, I
just put up with it all.
Now, I am one darn happy camper thanks to your message!!!
I do not have to put up with that inconvenience any more!!

I don't know what I did. Earlier today I checked email and everything was
normal. I powered down the computer for about two hours. When started it

I now hear collapsed before unread. When I delete I receive a warning
