I think Post2Blog is quiet well working with JAWS.
Post2Blog is a desktop blogging client software that helps to update
your blog without visiting a web-site and can help to compose posts offline,
post selected text from Internet Explorer, Firefox, publish pictures and
files directly from Explorer or even use MS Word as editor to compose new
posts.
To use Post2Blog with your blog you have to have an existing blog
account.
