Hi Donald and all, I followed your steps. I had actually done precisely that, but that does not do what I need. When I create the profile and I change to that, having changed to the application I still am unable to have it change back to my preferred general voice profile.
I know I'm probably overlooking the obvious, but any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
