Hi Albert, You definitely want to talk to Verizon and make sure that your billing with them stops the day Time Warner takes over your service. Verizon tried to stick us with an extra week or 2 of service charges even though records showed that their service was to be terminated on a specific date. It takes them a month or 2, to reimburse you for any money that they might owe you. We hope you are as happy with your Time warner service as we are with ours. Take care. Mike
