I have a friend who is using Vista with Windows Mail, not Windows Live Mail, but Windows Mail. Every time he receives an e-mail, the sender is added to his contacts. He can't find a place to change it so that they will not be added, and he can't find a separate address book to add addresses manually. The contact list has no option to do this. How can he stop these additions and is there an address book in Windows Mail where he can manually add e-mail addresses? Thanks.
