Hi Vicky. I use windows mail and I can sort of answer your question. If
your friend replies to things, there is an option that says something like
add people i reply to to my address book. To look at the contacts, he needs
to hit control shift C to bring up the window, an from there, it's your
standard control n to add a new contact. If you need more help, let me know
off list. I'd try and help with the other part but dinner's ready and i'm
starving smile

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Windows Mail Question
I have a friend who is using Vista with Windows Mail, not Windows Live
Mail,
but Windows Mail. Every time he receives an e-mail, the sender is added to
his contacts. He can't find a place to change it so that they will not be
added, and he can't find a separate address book to add addresses
manually.
The contact list has no option to do this. How can he stop these additions
and is there an address book in Windows Mail where he can manually add
e-mail addresses? Thanks.
Vicki
