That's because you need to assign a shortcut yourself. Try this:
1. Press Windows+r to open the run dialogue box.
2. Type JAWS6 and press enter.

To close JAWS, press JAWS key+f4. Press enter to close JAWS. To restart
it go to the desktop with Windows+m, press j until JAWS is selected, and
