You need to go to the desk top and press J for Jaws and press your
applications key and press r for propritys tab until you hear short cut
then press control alt J then tab to apply then press ok. Now you will
have a short cut key.

To close JAWS, press JAWS key+f4. Press enter to close JAWS. To restart
it go to the desktop with Windows+m, press j until JAWS is selected, and
press enter.
