Hey alex, I have not had any problemas with outlook 2003, but I will say that ever since jaws was released the automatic update feature in jaws 10 has never worked write and I wish they would fix it but at this point I do not see that happening. Just my thoughts.

In Outlook, it doesn't matter which version, as I have 2003 at work and 2007 at home, jaws won't tell you how many unread messages there are in a folder when you're arrowing through the navigation pain. I reported this in the beta process and I've reported it as a bug since, and it never gets fixed. It works fine in jaws 9. Also, the information is shown in Braille, but not spoken. We're now on at least our third or fourth jaws 10 release and they still won't fix it!
