I have used the Samsung scx-4521f laser printer, scanner, copier fax for the
past three years. Although the scanning and faxing software does not work
well with Jaws, I have been able to do everything with the unit that I want.
For scanning, I use the default scanning software built-in to XP. It comes
with IRIS OCR, which I have used a few times and it works fine.
I think it's a good unit and I would purchase another one. It was also
relatively inexpensive at $200 delivered, from CDW. I have it connected to
my home network with a Hawking Print server, so any computer can print to
it.
