no its not jaws setup package you have to go to where it says check for updates 
in the help section when you do a insert j.

  Okay, I tried that update thing on my computer that I am not supposed to 
  play around on and it says "Jaws setup package error." "The jaws setup 
  package could not install the required component jaws patch. The program 
  will now exit.
