Hi,
Try to check the normal view and zoom 75%, and see if will work.
It happened to me, and this is the only thing I did to solve the problem.
Cheers,

Estelita

Thank you - tried it but no luck!
Heard everything just fine arrowing down the text, but when arrow back up words disappeared or parts of word = t not than or the. This continues no matter which way up or down thru the document which is not long.
more info
, under view menu checked items are: normal , ruler, markup
sub menu toolbar, checked items are: standard, formatting, auto text, reviewing. The remaining items are not checked. This is happening in all my word documents, very frustrating!
Your help is much appreciated.
Cathie

Cathy,

Try the following:

1. Refresh the screen, Insert+Escape.

2. Maximize the document window with Alt+spacebar and then
the letter X.

3. Maximize the application window with Alt+Dash and then
the letter X.

Hi,
I have jaws 10 & using ms word 2003. The difficulty is when
reviewing text
or when editing - words go missing.
similar to this blank blank line. Sometimes if I go letter
by letter I can
spell the word out, but this is not normal! I have just
reviewed settings of
xp and made sure they are in place, but other than normal
checked and zoom
at 75% what else can I check or uncheck?
Thanks,
Cathie Jacobse
