Thanks, but I've done all that. This has to do with style, which is somewhere else, and that action doesn't work there for some reason. I'm trying to learn about the styles, but nothing I've found so far is helping in how to change the style in the document to a uniform formatted style. It's weird. Thanks again. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dale Leavens" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, June 26, 2009 9:44 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Another word question
What I have done in situations like this is to select all (CTRL-A. Then go to format ALT-O, you have several options here, you can format everything to a specific font and size in the font selection, use the paragraph selection to set paragraph formatting and so on. Hope this helps and speeds things up for you. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Vicki" <[email protected]> To: "JAW'S Users" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, June 24, 2009 2:20 PM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Another word question > I've run into a problem with formatting my friend's manuscript.
