Victor,

I simply answered the questions she asked. Don't have any idea what she's
eligible for. The numbers I calculated are correct, I checked them with a
mortgage calculator just to be sure.

Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Calculator

Hi Darren,

I don't believe you're correct in that.

I believe the amount she would be able to get is around the 96000 to 90000
dollar amount, based on my experience with real estate sales.

Keep in mind that this is assuming that her income, or, at least, the 1000
is only 33% of her net monthly income, or household income, otherwise no
normal bank will approve you.

One option you could go for is to check online with one of the major
commercial banks, as they will usually have a mortgage calculator on their
sites that are usually very Jaws friendly.

One place you might also try is HUD's website, as I believe they have a
mortgage calculator on their site, and it's accessible.

Another thing you may want to look for is HUD's programs for people with
disabilities, as they have tonnes of discounts and grants for people with
disabilities that you can apply for, and this will affect the amount of
mortgage you will pay every month, and lower the amount you will borrow
also.

Just something to look at to ease your burden.

Victor
