Excel that I downloaded from the internet. I can send it to you if
you'd
like. It's pretty straight forward to use if you're familiar with
Excel.

I am not looking to buy real estate but am looking for a way to
calculate
answers using Jaws.
In college I knew these formulas but it has been a long time but back
then I
had sight.
I am reading my Excel book to figure how to set up formula so I can do
sinerio analysis in case I wish to refinance if and when rates drop.
So what mortgage calculator did you use? Do you have direct link?
I used Google but when I entered numbers I was prompted for zip code so
I
guess my inquiry would be a sales lead to a broker or loan officer.

I don't believe you're correct in that.
I believe the amount she would be able to get is around the 96000 to
90000
dollar amount, based on my experience with real estate sales.
Keep in mind that this is assuming that her income, or, at least, the
1000
is only 33% of her net monthly income, or household income, otherwise
no
normal bank will approve you.
One option you could go for is to check online with one of the major
commercial banks, as they will usually have a mortgage calculator on
their
sites that are usually very Jaws friendly.
One place you might also try is HUD's website, as I believe they have a
mortgage calculator on their site, and it's accessible.
Another thing you may want to look for is HUD's programs for people
with
disabilities, as they have tonnes of discounts and grants for people
with
disabilities that you can apply for, and this will affect the amount of
mortgage you will pay every month, and lower the amount you will borrow
also.
Just something to look at to ease your burden.
