Hi Gerald.I tried the suggestion you posted with regard too my problem that I am experiencing with outlook express 6, with jaws 10 and windows xp home addition with service pack 3. I went to the inbox folder and hit the applications key on that folder, arrowed down to where it said delete, and it said delete unavailable. Please know, that I do appreciate the help that your trying too provide me.
