I think if you delete your account in OE it will delete all the folders. Not 
sure of this, but I guess it won't hurt to try.

  The only way that I know would require sighted help. I may be wrong, but I 
  think in fail safe mode you can delete almost anything. I do believe that 
  the system will then rebuild these needed folders. Just make sure that you 
  have a good backup prior to this action.

  applications key then arrowed down to where it said delete unavailable. Now,
