Hi Albert, As Gerald said, the In Box, Out Box, Sent Items, Deleted Items, & Drafts folders cannot be deleted. Any of the folders that you, yourself has created can be using the steps that Gerald posted. Remember, the folder has to be highlighted and not open. If you can read your messages the folder is open. If you can arrow up and down your list of folders you are highlighting them each time you arrow to one. If I have totally screwed up this explanation, will someone please jump in and bail my but out?
