Follow up to your question:
If you converted everything to no caps, you could then go back and just
change the particular words that needed to be capitalized. I think this
would be much better than rewriting the total document.

I was wondering if I wrote something in all caps and want to change it back
to not being in all caps is there a way to do this using jaws besides
writing it all over again?
I actually did that once last year in grad school while writing a 20-page
paper. Everything was in all caps and I had no idea how to change that so
I had to rewrite the whole dang thing over again.
